This gentle form of yoga will help to maintain or improve mobility where participants may have limited mobility due to injuries, weight. It is ideal for all ages as it enhances flexibility, mobility, strength and can reduce joint stiffness when seated for long periods such as at work. You will also learn the yoga under a safe environment.
