The Falcon room has been put to many uses over the years with the Club, itself using it for Bridge, varied meetings, a training room for First Aid and even a table tennis room for a single table.
There is also a projector screen which, with the Club’s projector makes the room even more versatile.
Other external groups also use it for many uses to suit their own requirements.
Wifi is available in all rooms within the Institute.
A £25.00 deposit is required in all cases. (+ £50 Bond in the case of temporary members and party type functions)

The club also provides a buffet service with prices starting from £7.50p per head.
Hire changes need to be confirmed with the office.
No function may extend beyond the normal Club hours, which are 9.30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. unless express permission by the Committee has been granted. The room must be vacated by 11.30pm.
The bar will close at 11.00 pm.
